If you need a RUSH delivery, please call us, at 0044-7915399614 to discuss shipping arrangements. We can ship overnight by DHL in most cases and to most destinations. There is an additional charge to ship overnight and we will contact you before we ship any order via this method.

Quoted charges apply only to orders shipped by Royal Mail within the United Kingdom excluding Ireland and Scotland. We will contact you with additional shipping charges to be incurred for shipment Ireland and Scotland. Also, the quoted charges do not apply to foreign shipments; we will contact you with the applicable shipping rates before charging your credit card/ debit card.

We can accept returns only if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Personalized merchandise may not be returned. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns.

All returns must be shipped back in original packaging & must be shipped in same (NEW) condition that they were received. If you must return your order, please call us at 0044-7915399614 to obtain a Return Authorization number. We cannot accept any returns without this number.
