Shipping & Returns

Welcome to the Event Perfekt wholesale shop. By ordering with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please contact us at info@eventperfekt.com before placing an order with us.

1. Introduction

1.1 You can buy products from this website by registering your details with us.

1.2 We may modify all or any part of these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you, you should check back often so you are aware of your current rights and responsibilities. Your continued use of this website after changes to the Terms of Use have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms of Use. If at any time the Terms of Use are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of this website.

2. Order

2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process or sending us an email. Once your email is received we will send you the price of the items you have ordered. You can only order in bulk or very large quantities.

2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
When goods are not available;
Not the correct Quantity
When we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
If there has been a pricing or product description error; or

2.4 If your order is urgent then please send us an email to check availability as urgent orders might be from our more local suppliers which might cost higher.

2.5 It will take about seven days to process your payment and Order before we ship out. Shipping depends on the option you choose so I will say you should leave about 3 weeks before you start expecting your order. But if the order is urgent then please send us an email and we will tell you the earliest we can do.

2.6 All the pictures you see on our website might be slightly different when you receive it as it a photographic image. Even more
due to tremendous demands for our products, it requires that we use multiple manufacturers/Suppliers to produce enough to fulfil all our customers’ needs. Although we do our best to control the consistency of the colours/shades of our products across the manufacturers, because of this, its possible that there may be slight shade variations if you re-order the same item/colour/style if some time has past between the different orders. We can guarantee that within a single order, the colour/shade of every piece of a certain item will match up exactly. (I.E. if you place an order for 500 Red Satin Napkins, we guarantee that ALL 500 napkins from that order will match up exactly). However, if you re-order the same item several months later, there may slight shade variations, and may not match 100% with your previous order. Although any colour/shade variations will only be slight.

These factors are beyond the control of our staff as they go through an incredible number of orders daily and expecting them to match colours/shades from previous orders is impossible. A colour issue does not qualify for replacements. If you would like us to attempt to match products from your new order with a colour/shade from a previous order, you understand you will be responsible for all shipping costs that will be incurred. There will be no compensation given for different colour/shade issues.

Shipping Carrier Delays, Mistake and Problems

2.7· Event Perfekt WILL NOT be held responsible for mistakes made by shipping carrier under any circumstances.

· Event Perfekt will NOT be held responsible for orders after we have fulfilled our end and merchandise has left the warehouse premises, financially or otherwise.

Event Perfekt will NOT be held responsible for shipment delays once merchandise has left our warehouse due to an act of God such as weather, and natural causes.

2.8 Returned/Refused packages
Packages refused from their destinations or returned to our store after multiple delivery attempts for any reason (including, unavailable during delivery, provided wrong address, incomplete address, etc.) will be refunded without prior notice, and processed according to the following rules:

· Standard restocking fee of 20% will be applied on returned/refused merchandises to cover our operating costs to process and restock the returned merchandise.

· The cost of shipping the original package will be deducted from the refunded amount. Even if the original order was shipped with the free shipping method, the actual shipping cost will still be deducted from the refund amount.

Any return shipping costs and/or customs/duty (For international packages that are returned/refused) charged by carrier for refused/returned package will also be deducted from the refund amount.

2.9 Please not we don’t store all our products in our warehouse so please kindly give enough time to order and receive your goods.
